About Cash Flow Forums

Welcome to Cash Flow Forums,

My name is Steve, I was raised in a low to middle class family. As a child, I was aware of the financial difficulties my parents often faced to pay bills, and sometimes to simply put food on the table, we never took a holiday when I was a child, not even once!

When I was about 8 years old, I began telling my mother that I will be rich when I grow up, I had decided that the age of 30 would be sufficient time to make this happen, although such a fantastic dream, I had no real ideas on how I would achieve this. This was around the same time my parents purchased our first personal computer (PC), a few years later I discovered web design through a friend at school, and continued to learn by association.

In 2004, it was my first year living away from home after completing high school, life suddenly became complicated when I became involved with a violent partner, who'd threatened my life and destroyed the former soft-natured young man I previously was. Seeing the bad side of the real world really opened my eyes to how important it is to live life and enjoy it! I suffered an on-set depression for a few years, and finally got over the issue when I realized, accepted, and learnt to overcome what was causing it.

So what was causing my depression you might ask? High levels of stress due to my lack of money, because I kept changing jobs and therefore having no freedom to do the things I wanted to do. I enjoy staying out of bed late, travelling and buying the things I want most in the world, a regular 9 to 5 job was not going to provide that for me.

By 2009 I had worked 10 jobs since leaving high school in 2003, quitting each job was primarily due to becoming bored with the same old tasks each and every day, being restricted by my boss and times I couldn't do those things I wanted to do.

I feel in my heart that my time is worth so much more than minimum wage. My most profitable job was when I worked as a computer technician at a small computer store, I was on around $800 per week, which was quite substantial and definitely made living comfortable. But as fate may have it, I grew tired of this job too and ended up leaving after just 12 months to reduce my income to just $150 per week on Government benefits. To date, this was the longest period of employment I had gone without quitting, although I was considering leaving just 3 months in.

Back in 2006, I designed my first real website where members could join, it wasn't until 2007 that I discovered advertising programs like Google AdSense, and I never truly understood how to drive traffic to my website until 2008 and due to the niche of this particular website, it will likely never make much money through ad placements.

From January 'till June 2009, I worked 18 hours a day on Internet Marketing, trying to make money online for the first time, I decided it was time to start this 'rich by 30' dream. I entered multi level marketing agreements and spent whatever money I could on trying to make money online, I understood that money could be used as leverage, but it turned out this experience did not result in success. After spending a few months doing the same thing, and not getting anything back I came to a realization that I was in fact doing it all wrong, the reason I was not making any money was because I was not offering anything of value to my audience. This was a fatal mistake, for which I have now learnt, although I do not regret because of the lesson it has taught me.

I spent some time reassessing my business and noticed that I was passionate about helping people help themselves, and that is where Cash Flow Forums came in, providing a place where people could come to get their marketing issues answered in a simple way, without the run around like I'd previously paid for and wasted so much time on.

It is my pleasure to offer memberships for this website entirely free of charge, a place where aspiring internet marketers can come and learn from my mistakes, it's a place people can come and get a step-by-step tutorial for whatever problem they're having, whether it's getting started with a new home business, or structuring a strategy to achieve $10Million per year.

Cash Flow Forums is here to serve the marketing community, to act as a support network for people who may be struggling to choose a niche, struggling to build a website, struggling to attract the web traffic they need for sales conversions.
